By accessing or using the Torres platform at www.altatorres.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Alta Torres Capital LLC ("Alta Torres Capital," "we," "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including contacts, deals, and email content. You grant Alta Torres Capital a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at sign-up). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change subscription pricing at any time with at least 30 days notice.
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts, including Gmail via Google OAuth. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Alta Torres Capital is not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.
All software, designs, trademarks, and content comprising the Service are owned by Alta Torres Capital or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Alta Torres Capital's intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALTA TORRES CAPITAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alta Torres Capital, its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting brandon@altatorres.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of [State], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
